Request account and data deletion

Jae Labs LTD ("Jae Labs") publishes mobile apps and digital products under the Jae Labs developer account on Google Play and related stores. This page is the web resource for requesting deletion of your app account and associated personal data without needing to reinstall any app.

This process applies to Jae Labs products that create user accounts, including ScholaMind, Datana, Healy App, Vox Document, Juma, and other current or future Jae Labs apps listed on our products page.

How to submit a request

Email hi@jaelabsltd.com with the subject line "Account deletion".

Full name (if available).
Product or app name (for example ScholaMind).
Account email address and/or username used to sign in.
Optional: Google Play order ID or purchase email if the request relates to billing.
Brief confirmation that you want the account and associated personal data deleted.

What we delete

After we verify ownership of the account, we delete the account and associated personal data stored in that product, which may include profile information, uploaded content, chat or study history, and product-specific records tied to your user ID.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information when required by law or for legitimate business needs, such as transaction records for tax/accounting, fraud-prevention logs, or records needed to resolve disputes. Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is not used to continue providing the deleted product account.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the request is received and when it has been completed (or if we need more information to verify the account).

In-app deletion

Where an app includes an in-app account deletion option (for example under Settings or More), you may use that path as well. This web page remains available if you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it.
